JOINING FEE AND SUBCRIPTION INFORMATION AS AT

1^st February 2009

Our financial year runs from 1st November to 31 st October and our annual subscription at the moment is £675.00

There is also a payment of £50.00 charged to Ordinary (but not Junior) Members for our Clubhouse Loyalty Scheme. On receipt of this sum a card will be issued with a credit balance of £50.00, which you will be able to spend in either the bar or catering. Discounts are offered on some of the drinks, and the card also allows you access to the clubhouse.

The entry fee is fixed at £600.00 and can be paid in installments – check with the Secretary for current details

The club operates a facility to pay subscriptions by Direct Debt over 8 monthly installments running from November to June, the first of which includes your £50.00 payment for the Loyalty Scheme, then a further seven payments; although the final 4 payments, March to June, will be adjusted to account for any changes in the annual subscription fees (as agreed at the AGM which is held in January) and the cost of any lockers or trolleys.

Currently we have no waiting list. Your application will go before the committee at their next meeting, after which time an informal meeting will be arranged between yourself and two of the committee members.

Junior membership is divided into two levels (one age up to 12 on 1st January and the other age 12 – 18) and it is also possible to pay this by direct debit. There is no waiting list for juniors. At the age of 18, Juniors can become Intermediate Members with an increased annual subscription and this status can be retained until the age of 27. A joining fee only becomes payable at the time when Full Membership is taken up.
